BUTTERMILK AND FRUIT SALAD MOLD 
1 (11 oz.) can unsweetened mandarin oranges
1 (13 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. cottage cheese

Drain fruits, reserving juices. Add enough water to reserved juices to measure 1 1/2 cups. Bring juice mixture to a boil in saucepan; remove from heat. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Stir in buttermilk. Fold in cottage cheese. Pour into bowl; chill until partially set. Fold in fruit gently. Spoon into mold; chill until firm. Unmold onto serving plate.
