1 - 2 - 3 RHUBARB JAM 
3 c. rhubarb (1" pieces)
1/2 c. water
3 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jello

Boil rhubarb, water and sugar together for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in Jello immediately.

Makes 4 half pints.

Variation: 1 16 oz. package frozen strawberries or raspberries can be added.
