RHUBARB STRAWBERRY JAM | |
7 c. rhubarb, cut in 2-inch pieces 3 or 4 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 large box strawberry Jell-O Mix first 4 ingredients together and simmer until rhubarb is tender (or 4 to 5 minutes). Remove foam. Add box of Jell-O and stir until mixed. Cool and put in jars. Cover with paraffin. |
