CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE | |
3/4 c. honey 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. pumpkin 1 can evaporated milk Combine honey, eggs, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pumpkin. Mix well. Add evaporated milk. Pour mixture in 9 inch pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Top with honey sweetened whip cream. |
