CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE 
16 oz. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
12 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs

In a medium bowl mix pumpkin, Egg Beaters, sugar and spices. Add evaporated milk and mix well. Pour into a 9" pie pan sprayed with non-stick pan coating. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over cooled pie.
