SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash, cooked & drained
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
A little milk
Sm. jar pimiento
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients together; put in casserole dish. Cover with crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
