RICK'S TUNA BURGERS 
4 (5 oz. ea.) cans flaked tuna (your favorite)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can sliced olives, drained (Pearls)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 pkg. hotdog buns

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine in medium bowl: tuna, celery, onions, olives, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix well. Fill hotdog buns with tuna mix. Use remainder of cheese to cover top of bun.

Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese has melted to a light golden color.
