“VENISON BURGERS” IS IN:

VENISON BURGERS 
1 lb. ground venison (or ground beef)
1 small chopped onion
8 strips bacon
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 beaten egg
1 cup plain bread crumbs

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet. Add onions to bacon drippings and cook until translucent on medium high heat. Remove from skillet.

Chop bacon. Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Shape into burger patties.

Get your grill preheated to a medium high temperature and cook until preferred doneness.
