STRAWBERRY-PINEAPPLE BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, partially drained

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and salt in a bowl. Add oil and eggs and mix thoroughly. Stir in strawberries, pineapple and pecans. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, 15 minutes. Wrap loaf tightly in foil overnight.
