PASTA WITH GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL 
1 lb. pasta (any kind)
1/2 c. olive oil
15 to 20 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
Black pepper, fresh ground
Bread
Fresh Romano cheese, grated

While water is heating for pasta; add all ingredients except cheese to pan and saute over medium heat until garlic is translucent. Reduce heat to very low.

Cook pasta, drain and put in serving bowl. Add sauce, stir, sprinkle liberally with cheese and serve. Add fresh ground black pepper to taste.

heat oil/garlic/ and RED pepper flakes into skillet on low heat while pasta cooks. Right before pasta reaches al dente, drain the water and throw in the oil/garlic/pepper mixture along with 1 egg yolk per lb of pasta. Then let it sit in the hit to continue the pasta cooking along with allowing the yolk to cook. I don't add oregano or basil. I like it this way better
