APPLE PINEAPPLE BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. shredded apple

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs lightly and add the sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in the pineapple with its juice and the apples. Add the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Good serve with cream cheese.

I've a ton of apples and was happy to see a bread recipe for apples. I only used one cup of sugar, added more walnuts (about 2 cups), but that is all I changed. It came out AMAZING!! I will make again. Super easy!
