HOT SHOPPES HOT FUDGE ICE CREAM
CAKE
 
2 slices (3 x 3 x 1/2 inch) plain yellow cake
1 (3x3 inch) vanilla ice cream square
4 tbsp. hot fudge, heated
2 1/2 tbsp. whipped cream
1 maraschino cherry, drained

Place 1 square of plain yellow cake on serving plate. Top with the ice cream square and place the second square of cake on top of the ice cream. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of hot fudge over each of the 4 cake corners, taking care to leave the center of the cake free from fudge. Place approximately 2 1/2 tablespoons of whipped cream in the top center of the cake square. If desired, use a pastry bag to pipe whipped cream onto top of cake in a rosette shape. Top center of whipped cream with a well-drained maraschino cherry half to garnish. Yield: 1 serving.
