“BREAKFAST MUFFINS” IS IN:

BREAKFAST MUFFINS 
1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt into large bowl.

Combine buttermilk, egg mixture and stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Fill greased 2 1/2 inch muffin cups about 3/4 full.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with butter or preserves.
