BAKED STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
1 1/2 - 2 c. stuffing
6 double pork chops, split
1 tbsp. shortening
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 c. 57 Sauce
1/3 c. water

Put stuffing in chops; secure with toothpicks. Brown in shortening; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chops in shallow baking pan. Combine 57 Sauce and water; pour over chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chops are tender. 6 servings.
