SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 potatoes
10 oz. Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch per layer
1 pkg. bacon
1 tub butter

Slice potatoes paper thin. Grease bottom of square pan or round casserole dish. Layer potatoes. Put 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and pieces of Velveeta cheese and crumble pieces of bacon. Repeat 4 times. Put lots of cheese on top. Cover with milk until top of potatoes are covered. Put lid on. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Salt and pepper each layer.
