SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 c. of potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 to 2 sm. onions, thinly sliced into rings
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
Shake of paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9 x 13 inch buttered baking dish, alternate a layer of potatoes then onions, another layer of potatoes then onions, sprinkling the potatoes with salt and pepper as you layer. In a medium sized bowl combine cottage cheese and sour cream. Spoon over potatoes. Top with the shredded cheese, sprinkle with paprika and bake for about 45 to 60 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
