SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 c. potatoes (sliced)
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. Velveeta (cubed)
1 sm. onion (chopped)

Heat soup, water and cheese until melted. Mix with potatoes and onion. Place in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. When center bubbles turn oven down to 350 degrees. Bake until done.
