SOUPETTE SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine with juice of pineapple and oranges. Cook until thick.

1 lb. box soupettes
2 cans pineapple chunks, cut into sm. pieces
1 can mandarin oranges, cut into sm. pieces
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained, do not use juice
2 (9 oz.) cartons Cool Whip

Cook macaroni then rinse. Mix sauce and macaroni. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Next day add fruit and Cool Whip. Mix together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes an extra large amount. Can be cut in half.
