8 to 10 cube steaks 2 pkgs. beef gravy mix 1 pkg. Stove Top mix Mix stuffing mix as directed on package. Spoon stuffing mix on cube steaks, roll up and secure with wooden toothpick. Brown steaks in frying pan. Mix gravy as directed. Pour over browned cube steak roll-ups and simmer for 45 minutes. NOTE: Use 2 packages of gravy mix when making 8 to 10 roll-ups. Use your choice of stuffing. | |

This sounds very similar to how I make mine but one thing I add to the stuffing mix is crushed rosemary. It just adds such a unique flavor and my family loves it. If there are any left over we have them cold and sliced the next day for lunch
