FLANK STEAK ROLL-UPS | |
1 lb. flank steak 5 slices bacon, fried, not crispy Garlic salt Parsley flakes Pound flank steak until about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and parsley. Lay bacon on steak. Roll steak up in a jelly roll fashion. Use toothpicks to secure. Slice in 1-inch slices. Fry over medium heat until done. Or grill on barbecue about 15 minutes. |
