6 to 8 potatoes 4 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. butter 1 can evaporated milk (may use reg. milk) Velveeta cheese Use accordingly to how many serving. Slice potatoes, cook in microwave for 5 to 10 minutes (very little water). Layer potatoes. Sprinkle flour, cheese, butter. Pour 1/2 can of milk. Dash of salt and pepper. Layer again. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until potatoes are done. |
