SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 to 8 potatoes
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 can evaporated milk (may use reg. milk)
Velveeta cheese

Use accordingly to how many serving. Slice potatoes, cook in microwave for 5 to 10 minutes (very little water). Layer potatoes. Sprinkle flour, cheese, butter. Pour 1/2 can of milk. Dash of salt and pepper. Layer again. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until potatoes are done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
