SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH CHEESE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns (shredded) or 3 (12 oz.) pkgs.
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 or 16 oz. sour cream

Thaw potatoes, add chopped onions, salt and pepper. Pour melted butter over mixture and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pour into greased baking dish.

TOPPING:

2 c. lightly crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix together.

Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
