SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes, diced or sliced
1/2 lb. sliced bacon, diced or ham, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. diced onion
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. parsley
1 c. diced celery
2 c. diced Velveeta
6 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients and put in a casserole pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
