HOT HOT ARTICHOKE SPREAD 
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) diced green chilies
1 (13 1/2 oz.) jar or can artichoke hearts, drained (not marinated ones)
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Combine all ingredients and place in small casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or microwave on high for 3 minutes. Serve with thinly sliced French bread, toasted Syrian triangles, bread sticks or other crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
