HOT MUSHROOM SPREAD 
12-16 oz. mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
12 oz. sour cream onion dip
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Paprika

Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Sprinkle with flour and powders. Stir in onion dip. Place in 7 x 9 inch or 10 inch round baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers.

NOTE: Can be prepared ahead and heated when needed.
