HOT CRAB SPREAD 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely minced onion
2 1/2 tbsp. cream style horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of freshly ground pepper
4 dashes Tabasco sauce

Soften cream cheese in microwave or conventional oven in medium mixing bowl. Pick through crabmeat to remove any remaining shell. Add milk, onion, horseradish, salt, pepper, and Tabasco to cream cheese. Blend thoroughly. Fold in crabmeat. Spoon into oven-proof dish from which spread can be served. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers or party rye bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
