HOT BEEF SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 or 3 oz.) pkg. sliced dried beef (finely chopped)
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Soften cream cheese in micro at 50% for 1 minute. Blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in rest of the ingredients; add sour cream last. Stir well. Spoon into 1 quart baking dish. Micro on 50% power for 4 to 6 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes. Serve hot on crackers or vegetables.
