HOT MINCED CLAM SPREAD 
1 1/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed to crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 sm. can minced clams
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice

Crumb Ritz in blender. Place in a medium bowl; set aside. Melt butter and pour into blender. Drain clam juice into blender, then add clams to crumbs in bowl. Quarter the onion into blender and add lemon juice. Blend until onion is shredded, then add to crumb mixture. Mix well and put in oven casserole or crock. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes more. Serve warm.
