MICROWAVE DIET PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup Splenda (or your favorite sugar substitute)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp. water

Combine flour, butter, peanut butter and Splenda in a food processor. Blend, then through the top add water. After the dough forms, roll into 1-inch balls. Flatten balls down with a wooden spoon.

Use a microwave safe plate, arrange flattened down rounds onto the plate in a triangle position, three cookies at a time. Microwave for 30 seconds, turn the cookies 1/2 a turn (cookie dough is very soft at this point) on the plate, return to microwave for 30 seconds longer.

At this point remove from microwave and let cookies cool for 5 minutes before disturbing.. Enjoy!
