CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 1/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease flour 6 x 3 x 2 foil loaf pans. In a medium bowl stir in flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat sugar, oil, and eggs until blended. Add bananas and beat until well blended.

At low speed, beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into loaf pans. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove and cool on wire racks. Store overnight before serving.
