CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed banana
1 c. chocolate chips

Makes 10 miniature loaves.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pans well in medium bowl. Stir flour, baking soda, and salt.

In large bowl, beat sugar, oil, and eggs until blended. Add banana and beat until well blended. At low speed, beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into pans. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove, wrap, and store in refrigerator overnight before slicing. Freezes well. Kids love it!
