PEANUT BUTTER-CHOCOLATE CHIP
BANANA BREAD
 
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 to 3 ripe bananas
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. chopped peanuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. With mixer, beat oil, sugar and bananas. Add peanut butter, egg and milk, mixing until blended. In separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture to banana mixture. By hand, fold in chocolate chips and peanuts.

Bake about 1 hour in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

Makes 1 loaf.
