PORK CHOPS & STUFFING 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/3 c. water
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown chops, place in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix together bread crumbs, onion, melted butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each top of the pork chop. Blend soup and 1/3 cup water. Pour over chops and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are tender. 3 to 4 servings.
