EASY PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING 
1 (6 oz.) box croutons
1/4 c. onion, cut up
4-6 pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water

Put croutons in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle onions over. Brown pork chops, adding salt and pepper to taste. Place pork chops over onions. Drain grease from pan; in same pan, add soup and water. Stir over medium heat until hot and smooth. Pour over pork chops. Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
