PORK CHOPS WITH STUFFING 
4 pork chops
3 c. soft bread cubes
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. sage
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup

Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet. Lightly mix bread cubes, onions, butter, sage, and 1/4 cup water. Put pork chops in baking dish. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop. Blend soup with 1/2 cup water. Pour over chops and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Soup makes excellent gravy.
