PORK CHOPS 'N STUFFING 
4 3/4 inch thick pork chops
3 c. SOFT bread cubes
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water

Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet. Drain. Mix bread cubes, onion, butter and water in bowl. Place pork chops in a baking pan or roaster. Place mound of stuffing mixture on top of each chop. Blend the cream soup and water. Pour over the stuffing; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This is a very fast and easy and almost a complete meal in one. You may use chicken breasts also. Cream of celery soup is good too. My family loves this.
