PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. onion, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 10 c. soft bread cubes 2 tsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sage 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. hot water 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick 1 c. cream of mushroom soup Make stuffing. Spread into greased 13x9 inch pan. Place pork chops on top of stuffing. Spoon soup over the chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. |
