CREAM CHEESE DANISH 
2 cans crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon
1 egg, separated

Lay out 1 package of crescent rolls in 9 x 13 inch pan; pinch together. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon, and egg yolk. Spread on crescent rolls. Top with remaining can of crescent rolls and pinch together at middle and sides. Beat egg white and brush on top of crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Can serve hot or cold.
