BISCUIT STUFFING ATOP CHOPS | |
4 - 6 pork chops 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 egg 8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerator buttermilk or country style biscuits Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. In large fry pan, brown chops and drain. Place chops in prepared pan. In medium mixing bowl, combine soup, celery, onion, seasonings and egg. Mix well. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 10 to 12 pieces. Stir into sup mixture; spoon over chops. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 55 to 65 minutes until top is golden brown. |
