PORK CHOPS 'N STUFFING 
4 thick loin pork chops
3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 can water

Brown chops on both sides; pour off drippings. Place in rectangular casserole. Mix together bread, onion, butter, water and poultry seasoning; place mound of dressing on pork chops. Pour mushroom soup diluted with water over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
