PIZZA CRUST
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
Italian seasonings
2 or 3 slices Mozzarella cheese
Extra toppings

Empty the package of dry yeast into a bowl. Add the warm water and stir the mixture until the yeast is dissolved. Next, add the sugar and the salt. Stir in the salad oil. Slowly add the flour to the liquid, stirring until the mixture forms a ball. Pat the ball until it is smooth.

Turn on the oven and set it at 425 degrees. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough ball rise for five minutes. When five minutes are up, the dough is ready to spread onto a pizza pan. Rub a little salad oil on both hands so the dough won't stick to them.

Oil pan lightly. Divide the ball of dough in half. You can freeze one half if you want to make only one pizza now. Place the other half of the dough in the middle of the pan and spread it out to the rim. To form the edges of the pizza press the dough up against the sides of the pan with your thumb.

Spread the tomato sauce on top of the crust. Sprinkle on some Italian seasonings and top with cheese. If you are using sliced cheese, break the slices into small pieces. If you like extra toppings try sliced pepperoni, chopped green pepper, chopped mushrooms, bacon, olives or onions. Put on top of the cheese. Bake your pizza for 25 minutes.
