DOUBLE CRUST PIZZA CASSEROLE 
CRUST:

3 c. flour
3 c. instant mashed potatoes (packages)
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. butter, melted

Set aside.

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives in half
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tbsp. sloppy joe seasoning mix
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Cook ground beef, sausage, and onion. Drain fat off. Add rest of ingredients.

Press half of crust on bottom and up sides of 9x13x2 inch pan. Spread filling over. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese. Roll remaining crust to a 15x11 inch rectangle. Turn under edges and crimp. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden.

Great entree especially good when reheated in the oven for leftovers the next day.
One variation is to substitute Taco Seasoning Packet for the Sloppy Joe Seasoning.
