COOKIE CREME DELIGHT 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container frozen topping
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 stick butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Combine pudding with milk and set aside while creaming butter with cream cheese; and powdered sugar to cream cheese mixture and combine with the pudding; add Cool Whip and blend. Crush cookies, mix with about 1/2 stick of melted butter; press into 9x13 inch pan. Add filling; sprinkle a few cookie crumbs on top. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
