COOKIES AND CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. cold half & half
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. crushed Keebler E.L. Fudge chocolate sandwich cookies
1 Keebler Ready Crust chocolate pie crust

Pour half & half into a large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip; add crushed cookies. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
