OREO COOKIE PUDDING 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. powdered sugar

2 boxes French vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk (decrease by 1/2 c. for stiffer pudding)

Combine together the 2 mixtures and fold in one small Cool Whip. Crush 1 small package Oreo cookies (fine crumbs). Put 1/2 on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and save 1/2 for top. Dump mixture on top of cookies and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
