OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookie, crushed

Add:

1/3 c. butter, melted

Save 1/4 cup for topping. 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

After mixing crumbs with butter, press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Freeze for 10 minutes. In large bowl, thoroughly mix milk and pudding. Slowly stir in ice cream, softened. Pour over crumb mixture. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill at least 2 hours. Can be frozen.
