OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
Juice of 2 lemons, room temperature
1 (lg.) can Carnation milk, chilled
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
3 tbsp. melted butter

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Let jell until consistency of egg whites. Whip until frothy. Add sugar and lemon juice. Whip Carnation milk and fold into Jello mixture.

Crush Oreo cookies. Add butter and spread on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Save some crumbs to sprinkle on top. Add Jello mixture in pan and refrigerate. Serves 12-15 people.
