HYDROX COOKIE LIME DESSERT 
1/2 lb. Hydrox cookies (crushed, set aside)
1 pt. cream, whipped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello, mixed with 1/2 c. hot water and cool
3 egg whites, beaten
2/3 c. sugar added to cooled Jello
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix beaten egg whites with cooled Jello mixture. Then add vanilla and fold in cream last. Sprinkle bottom of pan with crushed cookies. Add Jello mixture and sprinkle top with cookies. Set in refrigerator for several hours.
