1 lb. Hydrox cookies, crushed between wax paper
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. hot water
3 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla to eggs. Add to Jello and cool. Fold in whipped cream. Place 1/2 the crushed crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Add filling and cover with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate.
