BEEF MARINATE 
2 lbs. beef (round steak or chuck)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 crushed cloves garlic
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix together and let stand over beef in refrigerator for at least 24 hours or longer. Cook for 15 minutes on a gas or regular grill. Serves 4 to 6.
